1. INTRODUCTION
In the world as well as in Vietnam, the Plastics industry, although still young compared to other long-standing industries such as mechanics, electricity - electronics, chemicals, textiles ..., has had strong development in recent years. The Plastics industry in the period of 2010 - 2020, is one of the industries with the highest growth in Vietnam with an annual increase of 16% - 18% (after the telecommunications and textile industries), with some products having a growth rate of nearly 100% / year.
With a rapid growth rate, the Plastics industry is considered a dynamic industry in the Vietnamese economy. In particular, the Phu My Polypropylene resin factory is a large-scale petrochemical project invested by Phu My Plastic Production Joint Stock Company. The project plays an important role in the sustainable development of the petrochemical and plastics industry in Vietnam.
